Returns

We offer a comprehensive returns policy. For a return please complete the 'Returns Form' and send the form alongside your returned goods back to us.

No Hassle, Simple Returns Steps:

• Complete the Returns Form 
• Send the Returns form to us alongside your returned goods to us. 
• Wait for a member of our customer services team to contact you, letting you know we have received your goods and are dealing with your request.

Unwanted Items

Unwanted items or orders placed in error can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for credit, and can only be accepted if the item has not been opened and the packaging is in “as new” condition. The goods are your responsibility until they are confirmed received by us. It is advised to use recorded delivery for any returned items.

In this case the postage costs will be borne by you as there is no fault on our part.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your goods have arrived damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt for replacement. In the case of faulty goods we will refund the postage for the return of the faulty item. The postage should be by recorded delivery with a copy of the postage slip and cost included for the refund.

We cannot replace items that have been damaged due to accidental damage or misuse by you. All returned items will be checked and tested prior to replacements being dispatched.

Delivery Errors

We take great care not to make errors when packing items in our warehouse. In the event that there is an error in the items that you have received please advise us within 7 days to resolve the query. Be sure to include your order reference number and state your query.
